Sporting Pay Partnership with Lancaster

Lancaster City are today happy to announce a partnership with Sporting Pay who have provided a state of the art card payment terminal to the club.

 

During the week this will be housed within the office and allows us to take both card and over the phone payments. On a matchday we will be positioning the terminal within the bar area. This is a step forward for the club and is part of an ongoing improvement proves at Giant Axe as we look to improve the matchday experience for supporters.

Introducing Sporting Pay – Sponsors of the Premier Lounge

Gloucestershire Cricket is pleased to announce a partnership with merchant service provider Sporting Pay as the payment provider for the Club.

The Club have signed a four-year deal which will see Sporting Pay provide card payment facilities at the Bristol County Ground.

Gloucestershire Cricket Marketing and Commercial Director Neil Priscott said: “In such an exciting year for Gloucestershire Cricket, we’re delighted to have Sporting Pay on board as a sponsor and provider to the Club. We look forward to working with them for the remainder of this season and beyond.”

As part of the deal, Sporting Pay have agreed to be the official naming partner for the Premier Lounge, with the facility being renamed as the ‘Sporting Pay Premier Lounge’.

Sporting Pay joins Lord’s in turning red

On Thursday 15th August, Lord’s will be turning red for Day Two of the Specsavers Ashes Test between England and Australia in aid of the Ruth Strauss Foundation and Sporting Pay is proud to be supporting the day.


On the day the ground will be turning red, with players from both sides wearing special commemorative shirts including Ruth Strauss Foundation logo, red caps and red numbers on the back of their playing shirts.


We are delighted to be providing the Foundation with PDQ machines to take donations throughout the hospitality areas at Lord’s.


Chris Norminton, Sporting Pay Managing Director, said: “It is a great honour to be part of this incredible day and supporting the Ruth Strauss Foundation, we hope that people will dig deep to support the foundation and by having the card terminals it will make the whole process really simple.”


Andrew Strauss from the Ruth Strauss Foundation added: “The Ruth Strauss Foundation Day at the Lord’s Ashes Test is set to be an incredible day for the foundation and is only possible with the generous support of so many. The Ruth Strauss Foundation was set up by Andrew Strauss in honour of his wife Ruth, who died of a rare form of lung cancer in December 2018. The foundation provides grants for research into rare forms of lung cancers and provides emotional and well-being support to patients and their families.

Tigers link up with Sporting Pay

The Tigers are pleased to announce a new partnership with Sporting Pay that will improve fan experience at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.

Sporting Pay is the only complete merchant service provider within the sports industry and they’ve linked up with the Tigers to design a dedicated system for the club’s tills on matchday incorporating the latest technology in epos and card terminal software.

Castleford Tigers’ Head of Commercial Operations, Chris Powell, said: “The new system has been specifically designed for us by Sporting Pay and we’re really excited about its capacity to drive the business forward and enhance the customer experience of our supporters on matchdays.”

Fans will be able to see the new systems in action at this Thursday’s Easter clash against Wakefield at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle, kick-off 7.45pm.

New Partners Sporting Pay Install Card Terminals At Dale

18TH JANUARY 2019

Rochdale AFC are pleased to have signed a high profile partnership deal with Sporting Pay Ltd who will be installing new merchant terminals at the Football Club and providing a more competitive merchant services rate.

From Saturday's game against Fleetwood Town, fans will now be able to pay by card in all of the bars at the Crown Oil Arena (excluding the catering kiosks). Over the coming weeks, the merchant terminals in Ticket Office and the Club Shop will also be upgraded, offering contactless payment solutions which will speed up transactions and reduce the length of queues on match days.
